The purpose of this landing page is to recap the customer's selected plan/phone choices as well as promoting programs that have been proven to reduce churn. I lead the design in collaborating with the copy writer.

Virgin Mobile USA - Early Engagement Email (Digitas)

Email introducing new customers to all things Virgin Mobile. I lead the design under the supervision of the creative director. The client saw an increase in average open rates of 32% versus 13% for other existing communications. The client also saw an increase of average click through rate of 31% versus 12% for other exisiting communications.

Coca Cola (AKQA)

In July 2006 AKQA launched a brand new website for Coca-Cola called The Coke Show. Where users can respond to briefs and upload videos of their own for others to view and rate. I worked as a Designer under the supervision of the Senior Art Director. Duties included laying out pages as per the wire frames, tweaking elements, creating icons, buttons and illustrations.

New York Jets (AKQA) + Launch Website +

AKQA re-launched a brand new website for the New York Jets in 2006. I worked as a Designer under the supervision of the Senior Designer and the Creative Director. My duties included, laying out pages as per the wire frames. Designing page elements, such as banners and widgets.

Steve Amosa Website (University Project) + Launch Website +

Flash website created to promote my friend Steve Amosa. Steve is a singer/song writer. In 2004 Steve made it to the top 100 on Australian Idol.
The graphics for this page was made using a combination of my own photography as well as stock. I wrote the ActionScript for the music player as well as dynamically loaded text. My University lecturer wrote the horizontal panning ActionScript.

Ascender Typography Magazine (University Project) + View PDF + 617kb

The brief was to produce a 2 & 4 page spread for a typography magazine, using typefaces as subjects for articles.
For the 2 page spread, I chose the typeface Futura. Which is a geometric typeface, hence I went for a geometric look and feel for the layout.
For the 4 page spread, I chose the typeface Phuture, designed by identikal. I felt a futuristic sci-fi looking theme was more appropriate.

NoBody Clothing (University Project)

Created using my own photography at the university studio. When I first started learning to retouch bodies out of these photographs, it took me
about six hours for each photograph. As I gained more experience I gradually reduced the time to an hour or so. I also learnt to pick easier images
to retouch:)
